We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our dynamic web development company. As a Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality web applications and digital solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive testing, identifying and documenting software defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the overall quality of our products. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of web technologies, exceptional analytical skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end testing of web applications, websites, and digital solutions to identify functional and usability issues.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and design specifications.
- Conduct manual and automated testing to validate the functionality, performance, and security of web-based applications.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and ensure alignment with quality standards.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking systems, and work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regression testing to verify software modifications and bug fixes, and ensure that issues are effectively addressed without introducing new problems.
- Provide accurate and timely feedback to the development team on the quality and usability of the software, along with recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in design and code reviews to provide insights from a quality assurance perspective and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in quality assurance and software testing methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality standards, processes, and guidelines throughout the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Analyst or Software Tester, preferably in web development.
- Strong knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with front-end and back-end development frameworks.
- Proficiency in testing methodologies, test case design, and test execution for web-based applications.
- Experience with bug tracking systems and proficiency in using testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- ISTQB or other relevant certifications in software testing would be a plus.
